How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow a 24-48 hr processing time for your order. Shipping times depend on the shipping method chosen and on courier.  Unfortunately, we have been experiencing delays due to the overwhelming need for e-commerce items.  Delivery could take as long as six weeks. 

*Once items are ordered, item will be shipped and returns will be under normal return policy.

 

How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?

Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we cannot add or remove items from your order.

 

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?

During this time we are unable to modify or cancel your order.  We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer easy returns.

 

Why does my order arrives in several packages?

For faster shipping, some of your Items may be sent in multiple packages.
